What exactly do I pay?
You only pay when you earn. For each successful payment from a student, we charge the Stripe processing fee (2.9% + €0.30) plus an additional 5% service fee. For a €20 class, the total fee would be €0.88 + €1.00 = €1.88.
Are there any setup or monthly fees?
Absolutely not! There are zero setup fees, monthly subscription costs, or hidden charges. You only pay when your students pay you.
What if a student cancels or requests a refund?
If a payment is refunded, we refund our 5% service fee as well. You'll only be responsible for any Stripe processing fees that cannot be recovered.
When do I receive my payments?
Payments are processed through Stripe and typically arrive in your bank account within 1-3 business days, minus our fees.
Is there a limit to how many students I can have?
No limits whatsoever! Whether you have 10 students or 10,000 students, the pricing remains the same - you only pay per successful transaction.
